Kileleshwa MCA Sets Aside Ksh 50 Million To Buy Luhya Votes

Elias Okumu Otieno aka AMADI

The Nairobi County Assembly Majority Leader Elias Okumu Otieno has gone wild bragging that he had saved more than Kshs. 50 million to buy Luhya votes in Kileleshwa ward in the run up to the forthcoming general elections.

According to impeccable sources close to the MCA also known as Amadi, his
campaign team had decided that the Luhya vote was easy to purchase to ensure that he was voted back to the county assembly during the forthcoming elections. [wp_ad_camp_2]

Most of the voters in Kileleshwa ward which is in Dagoretti North constituency are residents of the sprawling Kawangware estate a majority of whom are from the Luhya community from the former Western province with pockets of Luos and Kisii ethnic groups as well.

As a matter of fact during the last general elections, Otieno benefited from the block vote of the Luhya community which may explain the reasons why he is
over-confident that with his accumulated more than Kshs. 50 million he will have an easy ride.

The worst aspect of the whole business is the fact that Otieno is also using the
same money to snatch peoples’ wives that has enabled him to create a harem of women that keeps him busy shuttling from one bed to the other.

The latest Confidential reports indicate that the MCA snatched the wife of a highly respected banker (name withheld) and who is also a nominated MCA called Magdalene Mboghori with his audacious and arrogant impunity using his questionably and illegally acquired wealth not caring whether he was breaking a happily legally married family.
